Transponder Information

E Street MX is excited about introducing professional quality transponders to amateur Motocross. The MyLaps MX Transponder is the premier brand in the world, used by AMA Motocross, AMA Supercross, MotoGP, NASCAR, Motocross of Nations, etc.

Transponders are required to race at E Street MX races. Transponders can be rented on race day for $15.
Never before in Northern California has this technology been available. The Prairie City National Track and the E Street Track will be equipped with timing systems that work together with your transponder to keep track of individual lap times, accurately score races, and relay information via a web site that all riders can access.

• Seasonal transponders, that expire on January 1, 2012, are availabe to purchase at our races for $100.
• Used permanent transponders can also be purchased at our races for $200.

Sharing Transponders- 2 riders can share a transponder at a race, however it is the riders' responsibility to switch the transponder to the correct bike before the rider is called to the line for their moto. (Ie: it is impossible to share a transponder if your motos are back to back. It is the riders' responsibility to check the moto order, and possibly rent a second transponder if this occurs.)
